FESTA PARONALE: ORARI E NOTA DI CHIARIMENTO SULLE PRENOTAZIONI
Parlare di prenotazione di posti in chiesa può sembrare irritante odioso sgradevole. Normalmente è così. Ma in quest’anno di pandemia sembra che nulla di normale ci sia stato e siamo stati costretti, a malincuore, a cambiare tante nostre abitudini.
Notoriamente, il 23 giugno e il 2 luglio i fedeli di Acquappesa, in massa, si affollano in chiesa per stringersi attorno alla loro Patrona. Ed era bello e commovente, soprattutto il 23 giugno, vedere una chiesa stracolma di gente in preghiera, spesso in lacrime, al momento della intronizzazione della statua della Madonna. Tutti insieme, nell’unica Messa del pomeriggio. Ci manca questo appuntamento, come tante altre cose ci sono mancate in quest’anno.
Ora, per l’inizio della novena e il giorno della festa (23 giugno e 2 luglio), sentito il consiglio pastorale ho scelto, con sofferenza, di ricorrere alla prenotazione dei posti e di celebrare più Messe, con l’unico scopo di distribuire meglio le presenze nei diversi orari e consentire a tutti di partecipare alle funzioni sacre, evitando inutili e pericolosi assembramenti. Esperimento che lo scorso anno ha permesso di non escludere nessuno.
Non è certo una scelta piacevole e alcuni, che rispetto, non la condividono: c’è chi lo dice e, probabilmente, chi lo pensa, senza dirlo.
In ogni caso, ho anche esaminato con i miei collaboratori cosa potrebbe succedere senza prenotazione. Facciamo l’ipotesi che alla Messa del mattino del 23 giugno non viene quasi nessuno, perché tutti pensano al tradizionale appuntamento del pomeriggio. Inevitabilmente, i limitati posti disponibili in chiesa vengono subito occupati, arrivano poi altri fedeli, fra cui tanti anziani, e siamo costretti a rimandarli indietro, perché così impongono le regole di salvaguardia della salute di tutti. Ci siamo chiesti allora cosa potesse essere più sgradevole: impedire a un anziano di entrare in chiesa o ricorrere alla prenotazione, che consente in anticipo di ottimizzare le presenze in chiesa? Noi abbiamo consapevolmente scelto per la spiacevole ma inevitabile pratica della prenotazione.
Ogni scelta naturalmente può essere discutibile, ma perché poi non si pensi che certe cose “strane” succedono solo ad Acquappesa, posso assicurarvi che siamo in buona compagnia.
